What can go against you.
Plain list, no hedging. Read it before you buy rather than after.

Gold falls as well as rises
Your holding is worth what gold is worth on the day. Buying below a reference price does not protect you from that and does not guarantee a profit.
Buying below reference is not a return
The founding discount reflects how we source metal. It is a better entry price, not a yield, not interest, and not a promise about what we will pay to buy back.
Selling back depends on us
We are the buyer. If we cannot settle at the moment you want out, the customer agreement governs what happens. There is no exchange behind us and no other bidder.
Your gold is with a private company
You are relying on Liorvae's records, controls and solvency. What happens to allocated gold if the company fails is set by the ownership and custody structure, and until that is published you should treat it as unresolved.
USDT carries its own risks
It is issued by a third party we do not control, it can be frozen at the issuer's discretion, and its value against the dollar is not guaranteed by us. Sending on the wrong network usually means the funds are gone permanently.
Delivery costs money
Fabrication, certification, insured shipping, duties and the product premium are all charged on top of your gold. Taking delivery of a small holding can cost a meaningful share of it.
Nothing is insured or attested yet
No custodian, insurer or auditor is appointed and no independent attestation of holdings exists. When that changes we will say so with names and dates.
Tax is yours
How a purchase, a sale back to us, or a physical delivery is treated for tax is your responsibility and depends on your circumstances. We do not give tax advice.
Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. If you are unsure whether this suits you, take independent advice before buying.
